Jessika Phillips is a Relationship Marketing evangelist who is on a mission to put relationships back at the forefront of business. She’s a professor, biz owner of NOW Marketing Group and the Relationship Marketing System, and a conference organizer of Social Media Week Lima.

In this interview Jessika and I chat about how relationship marketing is a real thing. Marketing isn’t about getting that next sale, it’s about continuing to interact with your current customers and building your business by those referrals. We also talked about a conference that Jessika has been hosting for over 6 years now called Social Media Week Lima. It’s a marketing conference held in Lima, Ohio.

On top of running a successful marketing agency with 14 employees, a successful conference and podcast, Jessika is also a momma to 3 girls!
